Who this training is for
Are you a Seated Acupressure Massage practitioner who is looking to refresh or upgrade their skills but are not sure which is the right course for you?
Here at Academy of On Site Massage we offer bespoke refresher training for up to six practitioners per training session.
Participants must hold a recognised qualification in Seated Acupressure/On Site Massage that includes Anatomy & Physiology, and suitable insurance.
Note that the A&P can be part of, or separate from, the Seated Acupressure qualification. We also recommend all practitioners hold a First Aid qualification.

This bespoke training is provided by Pauline Baxter of AOSM:

How it works
Our refresher training runs in a bespoke format for up to 6 practitioners per training session.
Minimum number of hours per training session is 3, with a maximum of 6.
Training can be either on an individual or group basis, and takes place on weekdays, subject to tutor availability.
A pre-course questionnaire is required from each participant to establish which areas of massage are of concern to individuals. This information is used in order to provide appropriate, bespoke training.
INDIVIDUAL TRAINING is available in Reading for 1 or 2 practitioners.
For one practitioner: This is a 3 hour personalised 1 x 1 training session. The practitioner is required to bring someone on which to work during the training.
We can provide a massage chair during the training, or you can bring your own. This specialised 3 hour training is available for £225.

For two practitioners: This is a 4 hour bespoke training session. Practitioners work on each other, so an additional person is not required.
We can provide a massage chair during the training, or you can bring your own. This specialised 4 hour training is available for £140 per practitioner.

GROUP TRAINING (maximum of 6 practitioners) may be available at an alternative location, subject to terms and conditions.
AOSM would act as the consultant, supplying the tutor, the training, and relevant training documents. This service is provided at an hourly rate of £100 plus expenses with a minimum of 3, and a maximum of 6, hours per training session.
You are responsible for the organisation of a suitable venue, equipment, and qualified practitioners, who book directly with you, at a course fee that you arrange.
